ICOAE2017: Special Issue on: "Applied Economics"

Prof. Nicholas Tsounis and Prof. Aspasia Vlahvei, Western Macedonia University of Applied Sciences, Greece

The special issue aims at promoting quantitative examination of current economic issues and policy analyses. Its objective is to stimulate and promote discussion regarding econometric research of the above fields. The target group is scholars from the international academic community and research students using econometric methods for analysing issues in all areas of economics.

The issue will carry revised and substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the International Conference on Applied Economics (ICOAE2017), but we are also inviting other experts to submit articles for this call.

Subject Coverage
Suitable topics include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Applied macroeconomics
• Applied monetary economics
• Applied microeconomics
• Applied financial economics

Notes for Prospective Authors

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and if appropriate written permissions have been obtained from any copyright holders of the original paper).

All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
