Thermal modelling and analysis have become an integral part of power electronics system (PES) design and development, facilitating faster product development and reduced time to market. Furthermore, numerous software packages are available for successful thermal modelling and analysis on power engineering applications. Therefore, the purpose of this Special Issue is to present state of the art solutions in the field of thermal modelling, simulation and analysis, management, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and experimental verification on power electronics systems.
