Objectives
The main objective of EJIM is to advance the theory and practice of international management in both the European and global contexts. EJIM is designed to serve a wider audience by also addressing the teaching and practicing communities, while still maintaining academic quality, relevance and rigour.
Readership
EJIM articles discuss new concepts, constructs, theories, techniques, strategies, models and trends that are of particular significance to academics actively involved in writing, teaching, consulting and training, as well as to practicing managers.
Contents
EJIM publishes original papers, case studies, literature reviews, commentaries and research notes. Special issues dedicated to important topics of international management will also be published on an occasional basis.
