Abstract/Summary: Although the significance of usability testing is widely recognized, the study reveals an interesting fact that there is little or none of usability testing practices in software development organizations participated in the survey. This paper presents a model for usability testing. The model is designed with usability testing standards compliance such as ISO 9126, ISO 9241-11 and BS ISO 25010. The model is evaluated and its practicality is discussed.
