Abstract/Summary: The purpose of this research is to examine needs, knowledge, skills and competency required from those who graduated with a degree in management and information technology program and keep their industrial action at Lumphun. Data were collected from 19 manufacturing companies which recruit students from cooperative program by using questionnaires. Also, interview method was applied to collect data from six interviewees chosen by purposive sampling method. Results showed that students who graduated with basic theory were not ready to work immediately. Employers expect graduates to be able to develop basic software application and expect the program to teach students about enterprise resource planning (ERP). Required competency can be divided into three parts: human management, work load management and information technology.
