Abstract/Summary: The use of decision support systems is an important part of operation management. Quick and adequate decision making is sometimes difficult to achieve. Two issues arise: how to gather relevant data, how to make the quick decision when many criteria have to be taken into account. Those issues are currently faced by many companies. Humanitarian organizations, For example, have difficulties to build on past experiences, the funding of operations or development of information system is lack and uncertainly. Quick decision making in this sector is vital. To support the performance of humanitarian operation when there is not enough information in the decision making, a web-based multi-criteria decision support system using AHP model is designed and developed.
