Abstract/Summary: English language has been one of the mandatory subjects for at least 12 grades of Thai education. Thai people still struggle to use English in a real life situation. This is consistent with many findings from several surveys indicating that the English skills of Thai people are among the worst of ASEAN countries, and the world. English language learners can develop their language skills only when they are learning under the environment with the least of fear. Mental model has been used to explain and analyze the problem regarding teachers' opinions towards teaching through information technology. The positive attitude towards tablet usage and classroom management, teachers can better act as facilitators and create the balanced atmosphere in class between advocacy and inquiry method. Both teachers and students can practice and developing skills in English by using edutainment application. Eventually, Thailand will confidently enter into the ASEAN community in the future.
