Abstract/Summary: Nowadays, the generation Y students have grown up with high technology and known as 'digital natives'. Also, it is important for the educators and academic institutions should adopt the advantages of edutainment technology. Moreover, there many researchers conducted their studies based on the edutainment and simulation game practice in the tourism and hospitality study. Because of the beneficial of simulation game, it can help to increase students' learning outcome and their knowledge development. Although the simulation game has been developed in tourism-related study, it is still limited study towards the context of event management study. Therefore, this descriptive study aims to analysis the possibility of developing simulation game in event management study in order to illustrate the potential of developing simulation gaming for event management training.
