Abstract: The environmental management systematic audits are based on ISO 14001. According to the data collected from respondents, this study integrating applied Kano's model, refined Kano's model, importance-performance analysis (IPA) and improvement index to analyse environmental management systematic auditing activities. This paper research provided useful insights for the environmental management department, and also provided the suggestions for future work emphasis and re-setup of managing resources. Its research results can also help managers to prioritise their scarce resources with higher efficiency and effectiveness to maximise management performance. The conclusions of this research offered an effective promotion for the company's environmental management audits sustainability practice and an applicative value for the managerial index of inside organisations.
