Abstract: Application of advanced control technology based on microcomputer technology to motor vehicle has become of major interest to automotive control engineers. Active control technology such as active suspension and four wheel steering is changing the design concept of motor vehicle dynamics and will improve vehicles by making them easier to handle, higher in performance and safer to drive.
