Abstract: The main measure for improving the durability of reinforced concrete structure is to increase the thickness of concrete protective cover, but the excessive thickness will influence the performance of the mechanical properties of structure seriously. Based on concrete structure damage deteriorating law, considering that it is a dynamic process during the cumulative damage deterioration of concrete structure performance, a reliability analysis of concrete members under small eccentric loads with consideration of structure resistance change is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the relevances of concrete protective cover, reliability index and corrosive crack width are discussed.
