Abstract: This article uses concepts from quantum mechanics and chaos/complexity theory to examine the dynamics of organisational attempts to infuse ethical conduct |all the way through| organisations. The goal of this article is to consider these efforts from a non-linear systemic perspective rather than the more simplistic linear approaches traditionally used by organisations.

Keywords: business ethics; ethical decision making; ethics programmes; organisational ethics; corporate ethics; change management; complexity theory; chaos theory; quantum mechanics; ethical conduct; ethical behaviour.
