Abstract: This case study delves into the route of Plastica Company, a prominent player in the plastic industry, as they embarked on a mission to transition their production from traditional plastics to bioplastics. The study investigates the underlying motivations driving this shift, the obstacles encountered, and the strategies employed by Plastica to effectively execute such transformation. By means of a comprehensive analysis of the company's endeavours, this case study imparts valuable insights for other organisations seeking to adopt sustainable alternatives in plastic manufacturing.
