Abstract: In this study, a randomised investigation into an involved refillable system with two subsystems in a series arrangement, subsystem-1 having five parallel-configured, distorted units and subsystem-2 having three similar units is presented. For the research special case of, k-out-of-n: G with underline (k = 3, n = 5) is the operating policy for a subsystem-1 however the work policy imposed for subsystem 2 is 1-out-of-3: G. To prevent the consequences of failure, repair manage the units in both categories. The system follows multiple failures and two types of repairs (general repair and copula repair). Human failure of malfunctions by the operator is treated as a complete failure. Availability, Reliability, MTSF, and profit fractions are among the stochastic metrics that are computed when analysing the system using copula repair and supplementary characteristics.
