Abstract: In recent days, heterogeneous networks (HetNets) gaining enhances range of attention as the promising concept in mobile networking. Several cellular standards like long-term evolution (LTE) are introduced for the mobile devices that were not appropriate for low power devices. In this paper, a new-fangled next generation 3D HetNet model is proposed by placing the small cells positions in the HetNet environment under realistic constraints. An approach of adaptive multi-stream carrier aggregation (AMCA) is proposed for enhancing the bandwidth amount of the HetNet users. The 3D M-tier HetNet with AMCA is adopted mainly for eliminating cross-tier interference and increasing energy efficiency (EE). This method is employed for transmitting healthcare related data under IoT-based mobile (m)-health application scenario. The proposed work performance estimation is made with respect to phase response metrics, EE, error vector magnitude (EVM) and absolute in-band emission for varied range of carrier components (CCs).
