Abstract: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are being significantly impacted by data driven decision making (DDDM) processes and managerial decision processes. The study explores how ERP influences management decision processes. Also, this study intends to determine DDDM with the mediating effect on ERP and managerial decision process (MDP). The recognised questionnaires were circulated to 447 managers of SMEs in India. Using a non-probability convenience sample approach, it was possible to investigate how DDDM in ERP improved. The outcome demonstrates that performance expectancy (PE) has a significant impact on ERP.
