Abstract: Blockchain technology can perceive and conduct secure transactions in the digital realm. As the adoption of blockchain continues to expand across various industries, the importance of implementing robust security measures and trust-based protocols becomes increasingly evident. To make the users interact and share data easily, a secured and trusted data sharing environment is a vital requirement. This paper presents a policy and trust based secure protocol for data sharing. Here, we provide the details to check the trust factor and to provide the service and policy-based protocol by using three nodes in this paper as client, service provider and government department. The information about the client should be secured and while sharing the information about the client to the third party, the government should check the trust factor of the third party. This also provides a client to the service provider based on the trust factor of the service provider.

Keywords: client; service provider; government department; blockchain; policy-based protocol; secure protocol.
