Abstract: Blockchain technology is a decentralised database that enables data encryption and has found widespread use in various applications such as supply chain management, e-governance, financial instruments, and more. Due to the lack of an integrated information system designed specifically for catastrophe management and control that would allow for efficient decision making. For asset exchanges, blockchain provides secure transaction processing. We aim to unite all relevant parties on a single platform for trustworthy and consistent information sharing and archiving. This study presents a system paradigm for diverse user scenarios in crisis situations. The model asserts a comprehensive viewpoint and resolves disastrous events. The successful execution of disaster response and relief efforts depends on the efficient management of financial resources and the prompt and efficient delivery of goods to affected areas with minimal processing time.
