Abstract: In the times of coronavirus, work from home (WFH) has become a significant practice among a large portion of the organisation. Many researchers believe that WFH is going to stay even in the post COVID-19 era, as it brings many benefits to the employers as well as employees. However, homes as the name connotes are not designed for the employees to work and many at times lack of the basic infrastructure to support their work requirement. The current investigation examined the impact of pressure sentiments through stressors of work from home employees' very own viewpoint alongside with the comparing moves workers make to alleviate themselves from stress sentiments. The findings uncover that the personal perspective of the employees is the main factor for generating the stress feeling. Further, it is only when the employee starts taking measures to relieve himself from the stress feeling, that is the point when the employer realises his responsibility and begins taking measures to relieve employees from the stress feeling.
