Abstract: The success and survival of any organisation depends on its performance. Most performance evaluation systems do not pay attention to the structure of organisations. As multi-criteria decision-making methods are very diverse and each method can produce different results, this study has used axiomatic design and is based on the characteristics of the organisational structure, the views of managers, and the type of data.
