Abstract: Currently, the ability to analyse company information provides an advantage for any department, namely the human resources. The literary review of this article points out factors that need to be better explored and improved so that the development and implementation of analytical processes in HR can be accepted and better understood. Through the HR analytical processes, the creation of knowledge plays a central role in the entire organisation. One of the motivating factors of this research is to be able to understand what data analysis processes are being used in the HR department at consulting organisations, how they create knowledge, how they manage it, and the impact that these processes have on the areas in which they are placed. For this, a questionnaire was carried out. The results demonstrate the analytical techniques used, how the entire analysis process is developed, as well as what are the advantages of performing it.
