Rethinking the mentoring process for women micro-entrepreneurs
by Lorraine Warren
International Journal of Innovation and Learning (IJIL), Vol. 3, No. 4, 2006

Abstract: Women in small/micro-enterprises may benefit from mentoring strategies that reflect evolving learning needs. Implications for the design of entrepreneurship development programmes and suggestions for future research are presented.
