Abstract: Information technology is constantly developing and becoming more and more attractive for business owners, who are looking for methods of integrating their internal processes, operation and departments together, in order to enhance their performance, improve customer satisfaction, gain competitive advantage and finally generate revenue. This created the need to develop a system called enterprise resource planning (EPS) that aims at providing workers with an easy access to information, with the means of integrating the business departments and processes together.
