Optimisation of implement performance of cloud information systems by Delphi-VIKOR

Abstract: Cloud customer relationship management (cloud CRM) has been widely used in the cloud computing environment. Reducing cloud CRM project risks has become an important issue to improve organisational performance. In this study, a research framework is constructed using the stimulus-organism-response framework through Delphi approach, DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP), and VlseKriterijumska Optimize I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) research methods that explore the relationship for project risk, project management, and organisational performance. Using VIKOR to determine cloud CRM project performance by experts, the order was as follows: project management, organisational performance, project risk to improve criterion first, then followed by user risk, user participation, and financial performance.
