Adoption of 3G+ services in Finland

Abstract: Cost-related issues and limitations of the current technology are important thresholds of 3G+ services. Privacy and security are not critical. Benefits are enhanced communication features, flexibility with respect to the user's location and the time of day, and convenience and handiness of small, wireless mobile devices.
