Abstract: Public transportation is considered as one of the important parts in factories transportation systems which are known as 'employees' public transportation system'. In order to evaluate this system in Esfahan Steel Company, merely from the production line staff perspective, in this study the factors effective on employees' satisfaction in terms of the transportation system quality were identified only through the interviewing with a group of production line workers. Final data obtained through interviewing and questionnaire were collected during four months from April to July 2015 and were considered as inputs of the study decision making units (DMUs) in data envelopment analysis (DEA). Solving the above mentioned model via Software LINGO 16.0. and DEA Frontier, efficient and inefficient routes of the factory were identified and ranked completely based on production line employees' perspective; i.e., among 27 routes, 16 were recognised inefficient. Finally, sensitivity analysis on ε value was conducted in the modified model of this study; in addition, creating a virtual unit was done accordingly.
