Abstract: A structural model was conceptually developed in Amos 22 and was measured and empirically validated to emphasise the influences of the project management climate and its effects on the intention to leave as a psychological state among organisation employees (sample = 246). The reduction in turnover allows the achievement of global goals and retention for the creators of value. Thus, emotional intelligence is considered an important mechanism that regulates stressful situations that are caused by the effects of operating in project mode. The quality of human interventions in projects determines significantly the success in achieving goals, gaining time and sustaining a high level of psychological and emotional well-being.
