Abstract: Three-stage super DEA model is firstly used to analyse the productive efficiency of Chinese road and bridge enterprises listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets during 2007 and 2014. Through analysis, the research indicate that: 1) pure technical efficiency of Chinese road and bridge enterprise has a greater effect on productive efficiency than scale efficiency; 2) the productive efficiency productivity has a huge difference between annually and each road and bridge enterprise; 3) overall efficiency of Chinese road and bridge enterprises is low, and shows a slow upward trend; 4) environment variables and random errors have a greater impact on productive efficiency of Chinese road and bridge enterprises.
