International Journal of Computer Aided Engineering and Technology (IJCAET), Vol. 9, No. 4, 2017

Abstract: This paper is all about a centrally mounted rotary fixture, which is designed particularly for the forging, manufacturing and automobile sectors. Consider an automobile part like axle. Axles have different specification in terms of length, weight and drop. Rotary fixture is specially designed for such components. It can rotate the axle in 360° during machining process such as hand grinding. The primary design of the machine is followed by detailed calculations then by CAD modelling and finally analysis. This can prove to be a better companion in increasing the productivity.
