Abstract: There has been a growing interest among scholars in intangible organisational capitals in recent years. This research explores the interrelationships between intangible organisational capitals, knowledge management processes, and organisational learning. The target population included all the 200 employees of the Shabestar Branch of Islamic Azad University. Using Cochran formula for finite population, a sample size of 132 employees was found. The required data was collected in the summer of 2016 through the distributed questionnaires among 150 employees, including the scientific and administrative staff selected based on stratified sampling. Of this number, 132 questionnaires were correctly answered and used for subsequent analyses. The research hypotheses and proposed relationships between the variables were tested using multivariate regression and structural equation modelling. The results at 95% confidence supported all the hypotheses. That is to say, the intangible organisational capitals had a positive effect on knowledge management and organisational learning; knowledge management was associated with organisational learning; and knowledge management significantly mediated in the relationship between the organisational intangible capitals and organisational learning in the understudy university branch.
