Abstract: Taking networked control systems with uncertain time delays as research background, this paper proposes a model to accommodate the influence of unknown input disturbance and uncertainty induced from system modelling error. According to the mixed robust controller designed norm, a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is derived to enhance the system robustness, and the sufficient conditions for robust stability of such systems are established in the form of LMI, which make the performance indicators of H2 and H satisfied. A bench test simulation example shows that the designed controller is feasible and effective.
