Analysing agile governance processes in the Brazilian Government scenario

Abstract: The governance and management of IT resources is essential for the organisations because its practices control costs, risks, and security; thus, optimising the process involving technological resources. Agile governance processes is one type of IT governance. Assess and compare agile governance processes used in the Brazilian Government. Use SWOT, cross-impact analysis and interview techniques to understand and assess the IT governance practices, focused in the Brazilian Government sectors. We raised characteristics, strengths, limitations, and improvement points for the agile governance processes. Experts of the field assessed the relevance of each improvement point. Agile governance processes has some improvement points, which depend on the specific process used - PES or MAnGve.
