Abstract: As the competitive environment intensifies, a firm's supply chain becomes important contributor to the market success. Measurement of supply chain performance is also important because it gives an insight to the decision makers about the efficiency and chances of failure and helps the managers to make proper decisions. This paper reports measurement of the performance of ornamental fish supply chain in Kerala, a southern state of India. The data has been collected using a questionnaire from 97 members of the supply chain from more than 30 small towns of Kerala. Respondents are classified according to their age, experience and educational qualification. Performance indicators are grouped in to four main categories flexibility, quality, customer service and finance and marketing. One way ANOVA was conducted between independent and dependent variables. The result shows that there is a statistical significance in various performance indicators with age groups, educational qualification and experience.
