Abstract: This study investigates the effects of employees' organisational justice perceptions (i.e. distributive, procedural and interactional justice) on knowledge sharing (KS) behaviour. Moreover, this work investigates the effect of work engagement on knowledge sharing behaviour and mediating effects of work engagement between justice dimensions and knowledge sharing behaviour. The linkages are tested with respect to the select public sector banks in India. A total of 225 responses were collected out of 294 respondents to whom the questionnaire was sent to, resulting a response rate of 76.53%. The results of this study revealed that distributive, procedural and interactional justice have a positive impact on knowledge sharing behaviour. The results further indicate that work engagement positively affects knowledge sharing behaviour, and acts as a partial mediator between justice dimensions and knowledge sharing. Further, the implications of the findings, limitations, and suggestions for future research are discussed.
