Abstract: Nowadays, training has become an important means to enhance enterprise competitiveness. The training effectiveness evaluation (TEE) is both a crucial part of the training management and a powerful assurance of effective long-term training activities. It also plays pivotal roles in measuring the training investment, assessing the training standard, and improving the training quality. Therefore, it attracts increasing attention from enterprises. This paper applies analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCEM) to TEE with an actual example, constructs the criterion system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theories, then introduces the fuzzy optimisation concept to quantify fuzzy, correlative, attached factors, and thereby indicates this method can serve as a useful approach.
