Abstract: The present study utilises the meta-analytical test to study the various dimensions of transformational leadership and its effectiveness. A total of 159 observations from 30 studies using meta-analytical test relationship were tested between transformational leadership and effectiveness; transformational leadership with follower's behaviour; transformational leadership with follower's creativity and organisational innovation; and transformational leadership with performance. Significant relationship of transformational leadership with follower behaviour, transformational leadership with follower's creativity and organisational innovation, and transformational leadership with performance were identified.
