Abstract: Plant life cycle management involves large scale planning from engineering, procurement and construction companies. One of the parts of planning is evaluating the expense and the material prerequisite before erection stage to evade any onsite changes. In designing practices, after the fulfilment of outlines, reports are needed for determining the progress, analysing the cost, procurement, planned maintenance, documentation and verification of the plant. There is interest to automate these reports based on customer necessity in a proficient, improved and interoperable way. This paper manages the automatic era of report creation for distinctive amounts and expense gauges for a specific building process. This proposed system is developed on Smart3D software. Smart3D empowers to plan plants, ships, structures, by giving data administration capacities to assemble and work them. This paper incorporates extraction of information from database when the product is introduced on the customer framework by use of graphical user interface.
