International Journal of Machining and Machinability of Materials (IJMMM), Vol. 18, No. 5/6, 2016

Abstract: By the single-factor testing method, some research are conducted on the curved surface in the process of high-speed milling of Inconel 718, and the change regularities of the cutting force fluctuation against the variation of spindle speed, curvature, concavity, convexity, depth of cut and feed engagement are obtained. The conclusions will be instructive and meaningful to the follow-up selection of technological parameters in the high-speed milling process of curved surface of Inconel 718.
