Implicit active contour guided by texture characteristics for infra tentorial tumours segmentation

Abstract: In this paper we propose an implicit active contour for infra-tentorial tumour segmentation guided by texture characteristics. This work proceeds within the therapeutic procedures guided by imaging to optimise the treatment of these tumours while preserving surrounding healthy tissue.
