Abstract: A successful organisation recognises that when an effective strategy is properly implemented, it will result in a sustainable competitive advantage. But when you examine the formulation of an organisational strategy, you quickly realise that strategy is really about choice. In this context project risk management based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP) approach is a systematic process of identifying, analysing and responding to risks manage. This paper presents the AHP as a potential decision making method in the project risk management field. The final aim of our work is to define a model for evaluating the performance of product development in order to measure their achievement and activate pathways for improvement.
