Abstract: In this paper, the AEC social-economic mechanisms are adopted into ICT demand. The findings indicated a statistical significance. The purpose of this investigation is to generate knowledge about the consumers' intentions to purchase on ICT demand through an understanding of the associations. The research question of this study is to examine how AEC social economic mechanisms associate AEC consumers' intentions to purchase on ICT demand, and how the understanding of these social-economic mechanisms can help the publicising of ICT products in 10 AEC markets. Sixteen yearly data of social-economic variables and ICT demand subscribers of 10 AEC countries during the period of 1996-2011 were collected. This effect is estimated to extend to about 10 AEC. These interactions were found to increase or decrease over time under reasonable parameters from the estimation results using PCHVAR(x)-model and PBVAR(X)-model.
