Evaluation of the government urban and rural information based on Choquet integral

Abstract: The ability of government information disclosure is closely related to the enhancement of government modern governance ability. As the government information disclosure is complex and diverse, in many cases, it is difficult to use a precise number to evaluate the attribute value of government information index system. So, we can use fuzzy numbers to assess the information disclosure. This paper applies triangular fuzzy numbers and Choquet integral to solve the defects of traditional indicators additive and better reflects the influence of mutual relationship between indexes. Meanwhile, it demonstrates the method in the example analysis. The conclusion shows the strengths and weaknesses of the government information disclosure, and for government information disclosure evaluation index system it offers another way of thinking.
