Abstract: Hydroxyl groups of pyrogallol-formaldehyde resol nano-resin (PGNR), while chloropalladium (II) species were reduced to Pd (0) were oxidised during the adsorption. This type of polyphenolic polymer, PGNR, can be used for synthesise Pd nanoparticles.
