Abstract: The major issue in mobile agent technology is that the unauthorised, viral and malicious mobile agent%s attack against hosts. This paper enhanced the new security model, encrypted tracer and checker model (ETCM) to provide quality-of-service by enhancing security features. ETCM holds a mobile agent named as tracer mobile agent (TMA) which is send along with the mobile agent which request to visit host. TMA acquires the data modified in the hosts by the mobile agent and stores in the ETCM server. Certificate should be issued by the ETCM for the mobile agent and it is checked by the other ETCM server for security against unauthorised agent. Security mechanism impacts the effectiveness of QOS. Our proposed models enhance the network security in MANET that helps to enhance the QOS services and avoid intrusion. The results are simulated in ns-2 simulator and results are favourable.
