Abstract: In this paper, the synchronisation problem of chaotic neural networks is discussed. Based on the stability theory of dynamic system, the controller is presented to achieve chaos synchronisation. The effect of the time delay in the feedback control on master-slave synchronisation is considered for chaotic neural networks. The controller gain can be achieved based on criteria of delay dependent synchronisation which in form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and achieved by solving a set of LMIs using MATLAB LMI tool box. Two simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
