Abstract: This paper contains main theses of the new fundamental scientific and applied research 'Risk Management technology in structural complex systems'. Requirements for models and techniques for risk management in structural complex systems are formulated. Components of risk management technologies are described. The dynamics of logical and probabilistic (LP) risk models are considered. We are proposing new kinds of events and LP risk models. The following techniques of risk management technologies are stated: LP risk analysis, operational and strategic LP risk management, synthesis and analysis of initiating events probabilities in LP risk models. In conclusion, theses about scientific novelty and practical applications of the results are stated.
