Abstract: International logistics plays an important role in cross-border electronic commerce (CBEC). In this study, factors affecting international logistics performance and their structural relationships were investigated through a questionnaire survey, which used the methods of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling. The result shows that the independent factor, laws and regulations, affects international logistics performance, with cross-border payments, electronic clearance and technology application level being mediating factors in the relationship. The results imply that government should set laws and regulations to ensure CBEC order, especially under the condition of virtual market.
