Abstract: Supply chain agility has been investigated from multiple perspectives. Without supply chain collaboration, supply chain agility cannot be achieved. The current study aims to investigate the influence of seven dimensions of supply chain collaboration viz., information sharing, goal congruence, decision synchronisation, incentive alignment, resource sharing, collaborative communication and joint knowledge creation on supply chain agility. As the proposed relationships may vary depending on the context, the moderating role of environmental uncertainty has also been investigated. Based on empirical data collected from 164 logistics and supply chain professionals, the findings develops a priority order for the seven dimensions of SC collaboration required for SC agility development.
