Designing drugs availability information contact centre

Abstract: The on hand study aims to solve the medicines availability problem in national distribution system and irrational distribution of drugs in Sudan. Sometimes, very vital drugs reach their expiry dates in some area, while there is a vital need to these drugs in other areas. Our system will overcome the mentioned problems by designing information contact centre that collects information about drug location, quantity and expiry dates. System scope which determines the stages, stakeholders, system inputs from stakeholders, output and system constrain was done. In the designed system, drugs and pharmacies information will be stored in database. Website pages have been designed to determine user authentication with data entry. By the previous, contact centre was implemented. The advantages of implementing this system are rapid access of location of medicine, avoiding the action of medicines being expired where they are in need in other locations. Moreover patients can use some channels to find information about their medicine by using telephone calls, websites, emails and mobile messages.
