Abstract: In this research, array algorithm for wind turbine benchmark model is developed. One of the characteristics of wind turbine is that system dynamics is close to stability boundary. Because of that, recursive identification of wind turbine easily fails while covariance matrix is updated in Riccati form. Due to the fact, more numerically stable algorithm such as array algorithm is developed for recursive update of wind turbine benchmark model. Moreover, wind turbine systems are time-varying in full wind range because dynamics changes as wind speed varies. Hence, the developed array algorithm recursively identifies system dynamics of wind turbine benchmark model in stable manner within full wind range.
